Telephone Teller is available 24 hours a day to make financial transactions by phone. It's menu-driven and easy to use. Here's what you'll need: our ID # (84), your member number, the last four digits of your Social Security number and your PIN; then dial (314) or (800) 434-1149.
- Check account balances and history
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Make West Community loan payments
- Have a check sent to your home
- Use Quick Check for easier access to primary account balances,
recent clearings and fast transfers
