1. Activate and begin using your West Community Credit Union Debit Card
Call (866) 985-2273 to activate your new West Community Debit
Card.
You can select the same Personal Identification Number (PIN) you’re currently using with
your MOVFCU Debit Card.
2. Quickly gain digital access to your accounts:
MPORTANT: To login to Online and Mobile Banking,
use only your 4 to 6 digit account
number.
DO NOT
include the last 3 digits on your checks.
3. Get ready to pay bills:
Enroll in Bill Pay and establish payees
Login to Online Banking and establish transfers

DID MY MEMBER/ACCOUNT NUMBER CHANGE?
No. For your convenience, your Member/Account Number remained the same.
CAN I CONTINUE USING MY MOVFCU CHECKS?
Yes. Your MOVFCU checks will continue to clear as normal. You will receive West Community checks upon reorder.
CAN I CONTINUE USING MY MOVFCU CREDIT CARD?
DO I NEED TO CHANGE MY DIRECT DEPOSIT?
No. Your direct deposit converted during the merger and will post as normal.
WERE MY ACH TRANSACTIONS IMPACTED BY THE MERGER?
No. Your ACH transactions processed as normal.
BUT going
forward, any new transactions established via ACH will need the West Community
Routing Number (281080315).
DID I LOSE MY E-STATEMENT HISTORY?
No. Once you enroll in West Community e-Statements you will see 12 months of your e-Statement history.
ARE MY SAVINGS STILL FEDERALLY INSURED?
Yes. Your deposits are Federally Insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) for a minimum of $250,000. We provide additional coverage of a minimum of $750,000 through Excess Share Insurance (ESI) to all members, in addition to the standard $250,000 of deposit insurance protection from the NCUA.
DO I HAVE ACCESS TO TELEPHONE BANKING SERVICE?
Yes. On Wed., Aug. 2 you can begin utilizing West Community’s Telephone Teller by calling 866.328.1389, or the West Community main line, 636.720.2400, and selecting option 7 to register.
WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO USE SHARED BRANCH LOCATIONS?
Yes. West Community is part of the Shared Branch Network. You will continue to have access to CO-OP's 30,000 ATMs and 5,000 Shared Branches.
