Access Telephone Teller by calling 800.553.0874.

 Telephone Teller is available 24 hours a day to make financial transactions by phone. It's menu-driven and easy to use. Here's what you'll need: 

  • Your member number
  • Your PIN - the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number
     

 

Call Telephone Teller at (800) 553-0874 to:

  • Check account balances and history
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Make West Community loan payments
  • Have a check sent to your home
  • Use Quick Check for easier access to primary account balances, recent clearings and fast transfers
