Telephone Teller is available 24 hours a day to make financial transactions by phone. It's menu-driven and easy to use. Here's what you'll need:
- Your member number
- Your PIN - the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number
Call Telephone Teller at (800) 553-0874 to:
- Check account balances and history
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Make West Community loan payments
- Have a check sent to your home
- Use Quick Check for easier access to primary account balances, recent clearings and fast transfers
